Lagers

  • Dortmunder Export Lager • 5.2%

This pale lager bridges the gap between a Helles and a Pilsner. Brewed with Carolina Malt House malt and German Pilsner malt, it is true to the Dortmunder style: a firm but low malt sweetness that is balanced by the subtle and soft hop character.

  • German Pilsner in a big mug

    House Pilsner • 5.3%

One of our most popular beers, our House Pilsner very traditional example of the German Pilsner style.  Crisp, bright and yet soft and familiar. Just a touch of hops at knockout lend a nice balance.

  • Black Oat Lager • 5.1%

Smooth and luscious with a light body and tingly carb. You’ll taste subtle layers of dark chocolate and a restrained roastiness from the malt.

  • New Zealand Pilsner • 5.4%

Brewed with 100% Motueka hops grown by New Zealand-based Garston Hops, this pale, straw-colored pilsner puts the beautiful and complex hops front and center. The result is a lager with a gorgeous mix of lemon-lime citrus and a touch of green tea herbaceousness.

  • European Pilsner • 5.1%

With a touch more hop backbone than our House Pilsner, this European lager showcases the traditional Noble hops. It’s crisp and snappy with low bitterness and an herbaceous finish.

  • Czech Amber Lager • 5.5%

Another local favorite, this medium-bodied amber lager is brewed with Czech Pilsen malt. It features a complex maltiness with notes of bread crust, toast, and caramel with a mild hop flavor.

  • Leichtbier • 4.5%

This German light lager is made with corn and rice. It's insanely clean, crisp, and perfectly drinkable.

    Comes in the BIG MUG.

Seasonal & Specialty Beers

    Smoked Datil Ale • 5.0%

  • Automatic Midnight • 9.4%

This is our yearly Imperial Stout release that will warm you up. Thick and luscious body, dark as a moonless midnight. Brewed with a massive amount of oat malt, you’ll taste notes of coffee and cherries.  A touch of booziness follows each sip.

  • Mango Pineapple Sour • 5.2%

A summer sipper that is refreshing and tart. Our beloved sour recipe but with a toned down acidity to blend nicely with the mango and pineapple. Bright and refreshing with a big, funky mango aroma.

  • Belgian Table Beer • 3.9%

Deliciously light and spritzy, this “small beer” showcases the wonderful terroir of our house Belgian yeast strain. Hopped exclusively with German-grown Grüngeist hops.

HOPPY

  • West King Haze • 6.6%

The Bog’s most popular selling hazy IPA. Full bodied with big flavors of grapefruit and fresh picked orange flavors. A lengthy and generous dry hop addition of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops gives this beer its distinct "juice" character.

  • Dry Hopped Kolsch • 4.9%

Originating from Cologne, Germany, Kolsch is a style of beer that is very closely related to pilsners and pale lagers in taste, but it’s brewed with an ale yeast and fermented colder than ale yeast is used to.  The result is a very clean, straightforward beer, but with a Bog twist: We brewed ours using Cascade Hops, which lend it a tad bit more hop backbone than traditional styles.

  • Centennial IPA • 6.2%

An American-style IPA that is pale blonde in color and hopped in a way that lets the old-school Centennial hop take center stage with flavors of pine and citrus. Sixty balanced IBUs make for a crisp and round bitterness.
