  • New Zealand Pilsner • 5.4%

    Brewed with 100% Motueka hops grown by New Zealand-based Garston Hops, this pale, straw-colored pilsner puts the beautiful and complex hops front and center.  The result is a lager with a gorgeous mix of lemon-lime citrus and a touch of green tea herbaceousness. 

  • German Pilsner in a big mug

    House Pilsner • 5.3%

    One of our most popular beers, our House Pilsner very traditional example of the German Pilsner style.  Crisp, bright and yet soft and familiar. Just a touch of hops at knockout lend a nice balance.

  • European Pilsner • 5.1%

    With a touch more hop backbone than our House Pilsner, this European lager showcases the traditional Noble hops. It’s crisp and snappy with low bitterness and an herbaceous finish.

  • Leichtbier • 4.5%

    A German-style light lager made with corn and rice. Insanely clean, crisp, and perfectly drinkable. Comes in the big mug.

  • This amber-colored, Trappist-style Belgian Ale features rich, malty flavors with notes of caramel, toast, and baked bread. It’s brewed with our house Belgian strain that we've cultivated for nearly 4 years.

    Belgian Quad • 9.4%

    A full-bodied beer with a creamy mouthfeel. The crystal malt creates complex flavors of dark and gooey dried fruit, balanced by mild bitterness. Brewed with our house Belgian yeast strain that’s been cultivated for over four years.

  • Mesquite & Applewood smoked Datil peppers (native to St. Augustine) lend a lightly smoked and robust heat to this otherwise light & crisp beer.

    Light in the Dark • 9.6%

    A Belgian Tripel aged for over a year in St. Augustine Distillery bourbon barrels — smooth and golden, with notes of vanilla and spice. Only available in 750 mL bottles.

  • Automatic Midnight • 9.4%

    This is our yearly Imperial Stout release that will warm you up. Thick and luscious body, dark as a moonless midnight. Brewed with a massive amount of oat malt, you’ll taste notes of coffee and cherries.  A touch of booziness follows each sip.

  • Cloud Cover • 4.9%

    A German-style Hefeweizen. Full-bodied with expressive notes of clove, banana, and a subtle bubblegum sweetness.

  • P.O.G. Sour • 5.4%

    This kettle sour is flavored with loads of passionfruit, orange, and guava. Clean, bright, and refreshing without being overly acidic.

HOPPY

  • A double hazy IPA in a glass with a mug that features the state of Florida.

    Snow Rips Hazy DIPA • 8%

    Our winter seasonal hazy is a double IPA that we release only once a year. It has a wonderful juxtaposition of lime zest, jungle mango, and notes of spruce tips.

  • West King Haze • 6.6%

    The Bog’s most popular selling hazy IPA. Full bodied with big flavors of grapefruit and fresh picked orange flavors. A lengthy and generous dry hop addition of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops gives this beer its distinct "juice" character.

  • Mango Belgian IPA • 7.6%

    Fermented with our house Belgian strain and dry hopped with American grown Amarillo hops, this IPA has fruity and spiced esters, a lively fizz, and lots of hop crispness. The Belgian malted pale ale malt imparts a darker color than your typical IPA and the mango adds a subtle, glowy haze. The result is a full bodied IPA with a smooth, creamy carb and funky mango flavor.

    Blackwidow(on draft) 6.0% - The black widow is fruit-forward, yet tart, with a tantalizing complexity, made with blackberries and freshly pressed New York apples.

    Mcintosh6.0% - An Unfiltered Cider made with freshly pressed New York McIntosh apples. This cider is rich and complex, reflecting the balanced sweetness and acidity of this historic apple.

    Dry Rose Cider 6.0% - A cider made with a proprietary blend of freshly pressed New York apples. OS Dry Rosé features a beautiful light pink color with a delicate nose, refreshing acidity and a smooth semi-dry finish.
