Black Oat Lager • 5.1%
Smooth and luscious body with subtle layers of dark chocolate and a restrained roastiness. So drinkable.
-

Winter Bock • 7.1%
A true winter warmer, this dark amber beer is part of our yearly winter lager release. Notes of toasted wheat bread are balanced with a nice malt sweetness.
-

Leichtbier • 4.5%
A German light lager of our own creation. Insanely clean, crisp and perfectly drinkable.
-

New Zealand Pilsner • 5.4%
Brewed with 100% Motueka hops grown by New Zealand-based Garston Hops, this pale, straw-colored pilsner puts the beautiful and complex hops front and center. The result is a lager with a gorgeous mix of lemon-lime citrus and a touch of green tea herbaceousness.
Seasonal & Specialty Beers
-

Berliner Weisse • 3.5%
A tart, low alcohol German Ale that can be enjoyed as brewed or flavored with Woodruff syrup. Ask about our rotating selection of seasonal syrups.
-

Altbier • 4.7%
German amber ale that boasts ton of flavor without all the alcohol. Mild roast and caramel malts lead the flavors.
-

Belgian Quad • 9.4%
A full-bodied beer with a creamy mouthfeel. The crystal malt creates complex flavors of dark and gooey dried fruit, balanced by mild bitterness. Brewed with our house Belgian yeast strain that’s been cultivated for over four years.
-

Smoked Datil Ale • 5.0%
Mesquite & Applewood smoked Datil peppers (native to St. Augustine) lend a lightly smoked and robust heat to this otherwise light & crisp beer.
-

Light in the Dark • 9.6%
A Belgian Tripel aged for over a year in St. Augustine Distillery bourbon barrels — smooth and golden, with notes of vanilla and spice.
-

Blackberry Lime Sour • 5.6%
This kettle sour is an easy drinker. Loads of sweet blackberries are balanced by tart and bitter lime zest. Refreshing, fruity, and – most importantly – pretty.
-

Belgian Blonde • 5.4%
Fermented with our house Belgian yeast strain, this Belgian ale showcases the expressive characteristics of our yeast: light sweetness, spiced, and fruity esters with a dry finish.
HOPPY
-

West King Haze IPA • 6.8%
This hazy IPA is full bodied with notes of grapefruit and fresh picked oranges. A lengthy and generous dry hop addition gives a distinct “juice” character.
-

Fun Shy Hazy IPA • 6.7%
Another crowd favorite in our hazy IPA lineup, but this one is a little more soft on the palate. It features Strata, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops that bring tropical flavors of mango, papaya, and lime.
-

Belgian IPA • 7.2%
Fermented with our house Belgian strain and dry hopped with American grown Amarillo hops, this IPA has fruity and spiced esters, a lively fizz, and lots of hop crispness. The Belgian malted pale ale malt imparts a darker color than your typical IPA. The result is a full bodied IPA with a smooth, creamy carb and light, bready flavors.
