This pale lager bridges the gap between a Helles and a Pilsner. Brewed with Carolina Malt House malt and German Pilsner malt, it is true to the Dortmunder style: a firm but low malt sweetness that is balanced by the subtle and soft hop character.
House Pilsner • 5.3%

One of our most popular beers, our House Pilsner very traditional example of the German Pilsner style. Crisp, bright and yet soft and familiar. Just a touch of hops at knockout lend a nice balance.
Black Oat Lager • 5.1%

Smooth and luscious with a light body and tingly carb. You’ll taste subtle layers of dark chocolate and a restrained roastiness from the malt.
New Zealand Pilsner • 5.4%

Brewed with 100% Motueka hops grown by New Zealand-based Garston Hops, this pale, straw-colored pilsner puts the beautiful and complex hops front and center. The result is a lager with a gorgeous mix of lemon-lime citrus and a touch of green tea herbaceousness.
Vienna Lager • 5.2%

Classically brewed amber lager that highlights the balance between sweet caramelized malts and European hops.
Oktoberfest Märzen • 5.9%

AVAILABLE 9/19/26 • Medium-bodied copper-colored lager with prominent notes of toasted bread, caramel, and biscuit. The malt is balanced by a clean, lightly hopped bitterness.

Mesquite & Applewood smoked Datil peppers (native to St. Augustine) lend a lightly smoked and robust heat to this otherwise light & crisp beer.

Cloud Cover Hefeweizen • 5.4%

One of our longest running beers, this ale is light, crisp, and easy-going. German Hallertau hops lend a subtle herbaceousness that complements the blend of German Pale Ale and Pilsner Malt.

West King Haze • 6.6%

The Bog’s most popular selling hazy IPA. Full bodied with big flavors of grapefruit and fresh picked orange flavors. A lengthy and generous dry hop addition of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops gives this beer its distinct "juice" character.
Float Away IPA • 6.2%

A clear, crisp, and hop-forward West Coast-style American IPA. The flavor is bright, citrusy, and piney IPA with a firm bitterness, dry finish, and mild malt undertones.
